Cream Pasta Salmon

The rich combination of creamy sauce and salmon, a savory pasta dish.

Ingredients


  • 150g salmon fillet, diced

  • 150g spaghetti

  • 200ml heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

  • Salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg

  • optional : Spinach or broccoli




Step 1


Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.


Step 2


Melt butter in a pan, sauté the minced garlic, then add the salmon and cook lightly.


Step 3


Pour in the heavy cream, season with cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.


Step 4


Add the cooked pasta and vegetables, then toss gently to combine and finish.





Tip


  • Avoid simmering the cream sauce for too long to maintain its smooth taste and texture.
