4/29/25, 6:30 AM

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside! A light and flavorful salmon steak with a hint of lemon and herbs.
Ingredients
1 piece of salmon steak ( fillet ), about 200 ~ 250g
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh herbs ( dill or parsley )
Step 1
Coat the salmon steak evenly with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a pan over medium heat, then place the salmon in the pan. Cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side, until the outside is crispy and the inside remains tender.
Step 3
Plate the salmon and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
Tip
Be careful not to marinate the salmon for too long, as it helps preserve its tenderness.
Control the heat of the pan to avoid it getting too hot. This way, the salmon will cook evenly without burning on the outside.
