Grilled Salmon Steak

4/29/25, 6:30 AM

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside! A light and flavorful salmon steak with a hint of lemon and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon steak ( fillet ), about 200 ~ 250g

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh herbs ( dill or parsley )

Step 1

Coat the salmon steak evenly with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Heat a pan over medium heat, then place the salmon in the pan. Cook for about 3–4 minutes on each side, until the outside is crispy and the inside remains tender.

Step 3

Plate the salmon and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.

Tip

  • Be careful not to marinate the salmon for too long, as it helps preserve its tenderness.

  • Control the heat of the pan to avoid it getting too hot. This way, the salmon will cook evenly without burning on the outside.
