Salmon Omelet

A breakfast plate with the rich flavor of salmon nestled in soft, fluffy eggs.
Ingredients
100 ~150g salmon ( smoked or grilled ), flaked
3 eggs
1 tablespoon milk ( optional )
Salt and pepper, to tast
Chopped onion or green onion, fresh herbs ( dill or parsley )
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 2
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan, lightly sauté the chopped onion, then pour in the egg mixture.
Step 3
Sprinkle the flaked salmon and herbs evenly over the eggs. Cook into an omelet shape, then fold in half to finish.
Tip
Cook quickly over medium heat to keep the eggs soft and creamy. Add the salmon at the end to preserve its moist texture.
