Salmon Omelet

A breakfast plate with the rich flavor of salmon nestled in soft, fluffy eggs.

Ingredients


  • 100 ~150g salmon ( smoked or grilled ), flaked

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon milk ( optional )

  • Salt and pepper, to tast

  • Chopped onion or green onion, fresh herbs ( dill or parsley )

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter




Step 1


In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.


Step 2


Heat olive oil or butter in a pan, lightly sauté the chopped onion, then pour in the egg mixture.


Step 3


Sprinkle the flaked salmon and herbs evenly over the eggs. Cook into an omelet shape, then fold in half to finish.





Tip


  • Cook quickly over medium heat to keep the eggs soft and creamy. Add the salmon at the end to preserve its moist texture.
