Salmon Poke Bowl

A healthy Hawaiian bowl with a harmony of fresh salmon and vibrant vegetables.

Ingredients


  • 150g fresh sashimi-grade salmon

  • 1 bowl of rice ( plain or sushi rice )

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, a pinch of sesame seeds

  • 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cucumber, julienned

  • A bit of seaweed flakes and pickled ginger

  • Optional : mango, carrot, green onion, or other additional vegetables




Step 1


Lightly marinate the diced salmon with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.


Step 2


Place rice in a bowl, top with the vegetables, then add the marinated salmon.


Step 3


Finish with a sprinkle of seaweed flakes and a few slices of pickled ginger.





Tip


  • For best texture, avoid marinating the salmon too long, its freshness pairs beautifully with the crisp vegetables.
